Energy-efficient 1-watt display
Especially in office use, the display in modern laptops is one of the main energy consumers. The SCHENKER VIA 14 counteracts this fact by using an innovative IPS power-saving panel, which requires only one watt of energy at the medium brightness level of 150 cd/m² – about half as much as conventional models. Depending on the situation, the display impresses with a maximum luminance of 300 cd/m² and excellent contrast and black levels.
An opening angle of 180 degrees makes it possible to place the laptop flat on a table when fully folded out.

Advanced, solid lightweight construction concept

The use of a high-quality AZ91D magnesium alloy opens up the possibility of a unique lightweight construction concept. The key material properties include excellent thermal conductivity as well as outstanding stability and durability.
In order to meet these high demands, the lightweight chassis of the SCHENKER VIA 14 meets numerous specifications of the technical military standard MIL-STD-810: Despite its ultra-lightweight construction, the laptop offers a significantly higher degree of robustness than many comparable devices.

Intel’s efficient eleventh generation Core processors perform a skillful balancing act between high performance and excellent efficiency. As a result, the SCHENKER VIA 14 is ideally equipped for even the most demanding tasks and at the same time impresses with quiet operation.
Customized energy profiles allow for an additional adjustment. At the touch of a button, the laptop either operates with the highest possible performance or selects a balanced middle ground between performance and efficiency to keep noise emissions to a minimum.

Efficient multimedia genius: Integrated Intel Xe graphics

Intel’s Iris Xe chips take integrated graphics solutions to a completely new level. The modern GPUs are characterised not only by very high multimedia performance with low power consumption, but also by a modern feature set. These include hardware-accelerated decoding of AV1, HEVC or VP9 video material – optimal for playback and streaming without additional CPU load, which in turn ensures longer battery runtimes.

Flexible connectivity

Especially in consideration of its ultrabook character, the sleek SCHENKER VIA 14 comes up with a surprisingly wide variety of external ports. The type C slot supports USB 4.0 and Thunderbolt 4 and offers the full range of functions including Power Delivery and DisplayPort 1.4b. Among other things, this allows the connection of a high-resolution, external 8K monitor. The laptop also offers an HDMI output and two additional USB 3.2 ports and is already compatible with the fast Wi-Fi 6E standard. An optional LTE modem enables mobile Internet access from any location via the cellular network.
